A beautiful, smooth distillation of our pure juice perry (pear cider). Rich and deep in taste, very evocative of ripe perry pears in the sunshine of autumn, lovely, contemplative finish, very special. Distilled from our pure perry and matured for five years in Normandy oak barrels on our cider farm in Normandy.
